Problem 1:  Blank rows within list were deleted

 

Professional formatting and appearance

 

Subtotals: Central replaced with Midwest; sorted by brand and region; total number of cases displayed using subtotals command

 

Sort by Region: sorted first by region and then by month using custom sort order

 

Pivot Data/Table: table created; note added to documentation page noting Quench and Lucid are worst selling; best selling is Quench in Western region

 

Pivot table and chart showing total cases sold each month on separate worksheet

 

Autofilter: custom autofilter created to show 50 <= sales <= 80

 

Problem 2: Page setup for footers per documentation guidelines

 

Report 1 is pivot table on separate worksheet with total sales (extended) broken out by item name and collection

 

Report 2 is pivot table on separate worksheet with total sales (extended) broken out by item name in row, size in column, and collection in page with row totals suppressed

 

Report 3 is subtotals; must have sorted by collection, item name, then by date; page setup causes header row to repeat

 

Report 4 is subtotals with group buttons to suppress detail listing

 

Problem 3:  Professional labels, formatting, and appearance

 

Some sort of graphic image included

 

Appropriate formula & function to compute average temperature (average), lowest temperature (min),

 

Appropriate formula & function to compute number of sunny days (countif)

 

Appropriate formula & function to compute number of days below 40 degrees (countif)

 

Appropriate formula & function to compute average temperature of rainy days (sumif/countif)

 

Column added to extract cloudy days; min used to compute lowest temperature

 

Column added to determine date on which lowest temperature occurred

 

Column added to show all temperatures except lowest; min on that column gives second lowest temperature

 

Remove students’ temperature data & insert our own; verify that calculation results remain correct

 

Worksheet2 named per directions (okay if no spaces in worksheet names) and in required order
