The anchor tag denotes the source and destination of a hyperlink.
Anchors can be absolute or relative. Relative anchors are important when
your development machine is different from your server machine. If you
use absolute anchors, then porting over a series of web pages can
be a nightmare. Links can point to a different file or a fragment
(indicated by a #) of a file.
